Off-Flavor Class




Our next class is March 4, 2018 at 5:30 PM

Sensory analysis of 12 common off flavors in beer.  We’ll identify the off flavors and discuss their causes.  Class will be 1.5-2 hours.

This class can accommodate up to 12 students.  We reserve the right to reschedule any class that does not have at least 7 students.
