WE’LL UPDATE YOU WHEN THIS CLASS IS AVAILABLE AGAIN
We are excited to launch our new series of classes that will address common problems and questions related to Homebrewing.
This first class will demonstrate how yeast pitch rate will affect your beer. We’ll have a brief discussion on the theory of yeast pitch rates as well as the potential effects of incorrect pitch rates. We will sample two styles of beer that have been dosed with different pitch rates (under pitched, correct pitch rate, and over pitched) and compare the qualitative and quantitative differences, if any.
This class will be Monday, February 25, 2019 at 6:30 PM. Class will last 45 minutes to an hour. Class size will be limited to 20 participants. We suggest pre-purchasing this class but if there is a seat available we will allow you to purchase at the door. Please do not wear any strong fragrance or eat any strong flavored foods before this class as that will throw off your, and classmates’, pallet.
Due to Merchant Processing cost this class can only be purchased in store or over the phone during regular business hours. 919-762-7600, do not leave card info on voicemail.
